Refund Policy - the basics

Due to the limited-edition nature of SKN Poker Run merchandise and controlled production quantities, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Please ensure that all order details, including size, quantity and any other information are correct before completing purchase.

In the rare event that you recieve a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us in 48 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos and proof or purchase. Upon review we may offer a replacement at our discretion, subject to product availability.

We are not responsible for: 

• Incorrect sizing selections made by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
